UKTATM Referral Programme: Terms & Conditions
This referral programme applies exclusively to the Ethnopharmacy module course offered by the UK Taiwan Academy of Traditional Medicine (UKTATM).
By participating in this programme as a Referrer, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, alongside UKTATM’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral is defined as a new student who lists your full name and email address as their Referrer during the course application process, successfully enrols in the Ethnopharmacy course, and remains enrolled beyond the minimum commitment period.
Each referral is valid for one unique enrolment only. Repeat or additional enrolments from the same person do not qualify for multiple rewards.
Referred Customer
The Referrer and Referred Customer must be two separate individuals.
Self-referrals (using alternate emails or identities) are not allowed and will void any reward.
Referral Benefit
Referrers will receive £20 for each successful enrolment that meets the criteria above.
Referred customers will receive £10 off their tuition fee for the Ethnopharmacy course.
Payment Method
If you are currently enrolled in or have completed a UKTATM programme, your £20 rebate will be issued via bank transfer or awarded as a £20 credit toward a future UKTATM course. This credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
If you are not yet enrolled, your referral benefit will be awarded as a £20 credit toward a future UKTATM course. This credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Eligibility
This programme is open to individuals only. Businesses, agencies, or affiliate groups are not eligible to participate.
UKTATM reserves the right to review and reject referrals that do not comply with these Terms.
No Spam Policy
All referrals must be made in a personal and ethical manner. Unsolicited mass emails or commercial messaging (i.e., “spam”) are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in exclusion from the referral programme.
Referrer Responsibilities
By participating, Referrers agree to:
Provide truthful information.
Not misrepresent their relationship with UKTATM.
Not obtain or purchase contact details or leads to use in the referral programme.
Right to Terminate or Adjust
UKTATM reserves the right to:
Cancel or modify the referral programme at any time.
Close accounts or deny referral benefits if any misuse, fraud, or breach of terms is suspected.
Forfeit unclaimed referral rewards at the point of programme cancellation.
Liability and Indemnity
Referrers agree to indemnify and hold harmless UKTATM and its affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions. UKTATM accepts no liability for disputes resulting from referral participation.
